Christmas stuff
Christmas went by really fast. I finally got in the Christmas spirit on Christmas Eve. My family went out to look at lights and then my mom, sister and I went to a midnight service at my mom's old church. I liked the church, it's always nice for a change.
Christmas Day was really good. I'm not going to list what I got, since it really isn't anyone's business, now is it? I'll just say I was pleased with everything. And Christmas really isn't about presents, I don't know why everyone keeps forgetting that.
I still haven't gotten my best Christmas gift, which will be Kenneth. He's coming on Thursday and staying til Tuesday. I'm so excited to see him! He called a bunch yesterday, which made my Christmas even better. He even calls just to say he loves me. I never could have imagined that I would be with such a sweet guy. It's wonderful that my lover is also my best friend. I would do anything for my Kenneth and New Year's is going to be so nice. I'll finally get a New Year's kiss! And not just with a random guy, but with the one I love. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. I wish everyone could be just as happy in their relationships.
Matt is also coming for New Year's, so Katie is also excited. I guess the four of us will see what trouble we can get into. ;) I'm trying to convince them to go either to Gatlinburg, TN, or Ski Beech, NC. Doesn't sound like they want to do either, but maybe if I keep pestering them.
I went out with Sara on Thursday. We went out to eat, and rode around a little bit. It was fun, I guess. Things between us are more different than either of us would like to admit. But, my mom always told me that's how it would be. She's a smart woman.
