I think I had a thoroughly unproductive evening (save an hour and a half of reminiscing and catching up with a close friend)! It's so cold right now! 13 degrees! O_O How the heck did it get this cold? I'm wearing jeans, a long sleeved shirt, a sweater, and a knitted shawl-thing I bought in Watertown. And I'm still cold!

I did, however, fix me up a cup of spiked hot chocolate (yum!) which is keeping me warm enough. ;)

Hoo boy.

My parents are having a dinner party tonight (:D :D :D) with just our close neighbors. The sole point of the party (so far as I can make out) is to consume the vast majority of the two remaining tortiere pies they bought for Christmas, and the 4 bottles of rum they brought back from Cuba.
