well, we finally got up to quebec, visited many of sebastien's relatives, and it was fun but very busy and quite stressful. We got back, packed up, and went to siggraph. I worked 15 hour days there almost every day, and partied at night. Again, lots of fun, but very busy and stressful. then we got back and have started orientation for grad school this week, and grad school next week. CRAZINESS!!!! I have never been so busy! but it's all pretty much good stuff. there have been some little things going wrong, but not too bad....
I have adopted two more fuzzies. they needed a home, and my guy likes other ferrets, so it just kinda worked out. They are very cute, but much younger (mine is 4-5, they are 1ish). The boy is very sweet (a silver) and the girl is tiny and rambunctious. she's also a biter...*sigh* We'll see if we can fix that though...but she really seems to aim for your flesh...LOL. In my experience, girls always tend to be...uh...spunkier. we're also working on litter training, hoping they'll take the hint from GIR, who is pretty good (except when he aims wrong and gets some over the sides of the corner pans). They all seem to be doing well though...YAY!
so yeah, bitter apple concotions and munched on body bits, here I come....but I am determined to help lily figure out that biting hurts us. She nipped sebastien good the first night while he was rearranging the cage. drew blood and all...
well, i gotta go, if you want more details, comment.
