Oh boy
No-one will ever really believe that my real estate agent is as inept as she seems to be. But she really, really is.
I sent her an urgent e-mail last Thursday.
Then another Monday, she replied yesterday saying that she was away Friday and that’s why she hadn’t gotten back to me.
But I sent it to you Thursday morning I said.......
Yes but the day before a long weekend I don’t read new e-mails.
Seriously a terrible, terrible moron. She did this wonderful thing….one of many wonderful things really I gave her a list of things that need to be fixed in the apartment before it can really be rented out, the toilet is running, there is a leak near the air conditioner and the door handle keeps falling off. So she sent me an e-mail regarding what she would do to address each one. Next to each dot point was send a plumber.
I sent her an e-mail saying maybe not a plumber for the door.
Then she said that if I liked I could pay for some extra photos to be shot, I asked what was wrong with the old photos?
“Oh well…the old photos are….old”
"You know.... the house has changed structurally, very little since we moved in, I mean sure we put on another story but apart from that…almost exactly the same”
Today the plumber showed up....and you'll be surprised to hear that he said that he was sorry but he wouldn't be able to work on the door because *drumroll* HES A FREAKING PLUMBER!
