I have to get over this...

i think that eventually the song will get better.
i had the same in the past about songs that reminded me of whatever and now i can listen to them without any dramas.
it's a time thing, just like feeling better about the breakup.
*hugs*

I know exactly how you feel, that one song can ruin your mood in an instant. Just hang in there don't let him win.

ugh I feel you on this post so much :( It just hurts especially when songs that came out during a time you were with someone play, they were never intentionally meant to remind you of that person but when they play you ALWAYS ARE reminded of that person. I hate being emo after certain songs play too but it happens. The last part of your entry about saying you don't like to say you hate people this one guy in particular that I dated, was the biggest dbag a-hole ever imaginable but I loved him more than anyone I ever met because when i fell in love with him he wasn't a hateful spiteful person and that love I had for him never went away so when I hear about him now or hear songs of him I literally feel so much hate and anger. It can't be helped. I see him not so often but we are civil and get along like friends would but when hes gone whoring about it still hurts me so much which brings me back to the hate I wanted to let go of :( it's so hard ( ... )
