Dear Escapade 2015 members,

Important deadlines loom!

Panel submissions are open, and scheduled to close TUESDAY, JAN 20**.

Escapade zine submissions are open, and scheduled to close SUNDAY, JAN 25.

Vidshow submissions are open, and scheduled to close SUNDAY, FEB 15.

Hotel reservations are open, and scheduled to close FEBRUARY 25. All room types are available.

Panel Submissions
You have until midnight this Tuesday to submit panel suggestions. Tracks include: fandom-specific topics, meta topics, and tech/alt programming. Remember that stuff like MCU may have 14 pairings, and therefore 14 extra, er, “positions,” to argue.
Consider adding spice. Last year, it was noted that Escapade presented “an astonishing lack of sex” for a slash con. Spice up your topics to increase your panel’s chance of making it on the schedule! Here’s the form: http://www.escapadecon.net/programming/panels/suggest-a-panel/

Zine Submissions
We extended the deadline to Sunday, January 25, because we’re really flexible that way. (If you’re already on track to submit by the January 22, ignore this message.) More info here: http://www.escapadecon.net/zine/

Vidshow Submissions

Hotel Reservations
The hotel continues to monitor our room block and make every effort to beat the program into submission, keeping plenty of double/queen rooms for us. **Panel ballot deadline
Not for nothin’, but after you send in your cool and hot panel topics, the voting will open on January 22. Polls will close on January 31. Mark your calendars for that too, though we might ping you again as that date draws near.
