My mom is quite the character...
A few days ago, she compared her mouth to a monkey's butt when I said her mouth was red. o.o
So I was planning to stay in on Sunday, but my mom told me we were going out to dinner to celebrate my grandpa's birthday (because we couldn't the Sunday before (snow)). We went to Taste Of Saigon in Rockville. It was pretty good, and my mom kept commenting how the one in Tysons was better. Oh, I was the only one who got dessert because everyone was too full, so I chose the Mango Crème Brûlée. I think I was temporarily in heaven...
On our way home, my mom tells me in Chinese that she hasn't seen any "lu" lately, to which I replied, "then you should probably get laser eye surgery soon." I thought she was talking about the road, but she was talking about deer. XD I love how they both have the same intonation.
So on Monday, I woke up really late. I had been playing Star Ocean: Till The End Of Time until... probably noon, so I didn't wake up until 6 PM or so... *Cough* At 9 PM, I get a call from Naz (IBNazzy), asking if I was dressed. She wanted to hang out... I wasn't showered... Anyway, I met her at Barnes & Noble, went to Starbucks until they closed, and went back to B&N. T'was fun. Love hanging out with her. Now, today is Monica's birthday, so I'm going to hang out with her tonight, after she eats dinner with her parents. Before then, I need to go to the bank and withdraw money that I owe someone, buy Monica's birthday present (because I kept forgetting to... ^^;;; ), and, um, well, I guess that's it.
