Presently I am going through my Lovecraftian literature collection and reading some stuff I haven't touched in a long time. Currently it is The Shuttered Room and other tales of Horror. Mine is a lot better condition than this but it is the same edition. Most of my classic HP Lovecraft collections are from Panther Press printed in the 60's and 70's ( Read more... )

After much on & off I finished the Xothic Cycle and have picked up a book I had for ages but never started. The Nyarlathotep Cycle is a very useful read considering my Call of Cthulhu campaign at the moment.

Finally finished that huge book of HP Lovecraft's best stories. Only took me 7 months! Now a change of Mythos pace with the Xothic Legend Cycle by Lin Carter. Probably not the most loved of HPL's fellow writers but so far I'm enjoying what he created.

On Saturday I picked up a copy of "Anything Goes," the autobiography of John Barrowman (Cap'n Jack Harkness from Dr Who & Torchwood, for those not in the know). Its one of the most heartwarming and funny books I've read in a long time.
