A late night post
The surveyor came and spent an hour measing up the apartment and taking notes. At the end of it, I asked if there were any problems and he said everything was ok as far as he could tell. Thats good. He also inplied that I can do what I want with the garden even if it meant a major change (I'd so love to gravel the front garden over). Worth thinking about for next year maybe.
I don't think Colin was too happy with it all, as he wanted help loading the van for a convention in London tomorrow (Dragonmeet). If I had been reminded weeks ago I could have maed another date for the surveyor. Assuming Marko pulled his weight, they should have got it done easily enough.

I was going to pull a long night tonight but its already that and I am fading quickly so I'm off to bed. Night all.
