I have spontaneously (well, Amanda suggested it) composed some lovely election-themed poetry:

the election haiku
who will win the race?
no one can name the victor
but i cannot wait

the haiku about kerry's chin
john kerry's huge chin--
i cannot remove my eyes.
he's very ugly.

Ha, ha. Those are great! You should seriously consider being a commercial jingle writer or something. You're much better at it than I am, you know.
