update
i havent posted in quite some time. i have been sober since august 7th of this year. i feel good about it , and good things are coming from it. sometimes its very hard. daily,my sick brain tries to find reasons to justify to go out and get drunk. but i with the help (and sometimes they dont even know they do it) of God,my family and girlfriend..i am still sober.my mom sent me this email this morning..

i made alot of copies of it. i am going to carry one in my wallet, hang one up at work, in my room, and bathrooms. so when my depression hits or i want to drink or do something stupid..i can take a look at it and put things back into perspective.
