The ultrasound can be off by a pound up or down. If Eva is more than 10 lbs chances are they won't make you deliver vaginally unless you insist on it.

I only had an ultrasound at 20w. I've been measuring a week and a few days ahead by fundal height. I've heard that bigger babies are actually easier to delivery vaginally..hmm.
