1) Go to the above website, download and install the plugin. Restart firefox..
2) Copy this URL:http://www.steganos.com/?area=updateproxylist into the config for Switch proxy. Change the update interval to something you like, I have set mine to 90 seconds and then apply the settings..
3) Check your favorite ip checker, ipchik3n.
SWEEEEETT! No more tracking and it is free.
