After making the vegan appleberry pie so successfully I decided to make two more. Apple and blueberry - because it's March, and both of those fruits are in season in Ontario right now for serious. I made this just last night. Minus the vegan whipped cream and the strawberry, most unfortunately. It tasted like a pie made of chocolate pudding. I will seriously have to use the filling recipe one of those times when chocolate pudding is simply necessary, because it was delicious.
