I find this to be a difficult question to answer. I've now wracked my brain for all of 30 seconds and have decided that there is no one fictional character that I wholly relate to. However, many characters spread over different films, books, tv shows, and pop culture in general include characteristics that I can relate to. For instance, I greatly admire many of the female characters in Avi books. Most notable the character of Charlotte Doyle. We live in completely different times, and we are nothing alike...but I relate with her revulsion to all things girly in an environment that looks down on girls that act out like boys. Yet another fictional character I relate to is Molly in Elizabeth Gaskell's book "Wives and Daughters". She's beautiful, underrated, and generally overlooked by those around her, which is often how I feel as well. She has a close relationship with her father, as do I, and she has a tendency to be jealous of more popular beauties. My brain hurts. I knew there was a reason I'm not in school anymore.
