Autumn is definitely here. Admittedly, it ought to be; we put the clocks back one hour last weekend, so we're now officially on GMT not BST. But the weather seems to have conspired with the dark nights to make things distinctly chilly. When it's sunny it's not too bad. Not warm, but at least you can wrap up well and it's okay. I think we can safely say that autumn has arrived with a vengeance. This weekend has been at best bright but cold, at worst - as it continues to be today - wet, windy and generally cold.
