AWESOME!!!! These are wonderful!! I was just complaining to honorat the other day how I went to the mall and kept hearing the same songs OVER and OVER, these two especially (on the radio too..) and I was bemoaning not having a better version to sing instead. But now I do!!! :-) They are both really, really great, and funny!!

I love the rum flowing in the first one, and the part about starting a fight to stay warm, hee hee hee. :-D

The parody of Winter Wonderland is *brilliant*!! Very, very clever use of the original words, EXCELLENT!!

*much* love for both of these!! They are going straight to my memories! And I'm friending you, if you don't mind. :-)

Oh, thank you! I feel warm and fuzzy all over, now! *G* I'm so glad you enjoyed these, and especially glad if they are an improvement over insipid department store Christmas music! LOL!

And thank you for Friending me - I have you on my F-list now, too. I'm not very prolific, but once in a while I pop something out. I do have a short Christmas fic in the works, so that will appear sometime before the holidays. :-)

Yay! We're mutual friends then, how nice. :-) I'm not very prolific either, I only get something up every once in a long while. :-) As far as fics go, I mean, every once in a while I post random things.

You're very welcome for the comments - these are SUCH an improvement! The original songs are fine, they just get so *boring* after you've heard them for the twentieth time on the same day, just like you did the day before... :-) Besides, a little bit of PotC in the day is always a good thing. :-)

I have gotten to the point that I despise most christmas carols. Working in retail over christmas on year only cemented that. I think I shall have to see if I can wedge these beauties into my skull so that when I go shopping I have a better choice of words running counterpoint to the muzac. Thank you so much.

These are so much fun! I love the stick man Commodore/Gillette :-) I've heard most of these Christmas Carols at some point, of course, even if I don't know them as well as you all do (and so haven't got tired of them yet).
