i found out what happened with sandra's tint failing inspection.
the guy kept telling her, you need to rotate your tires--they're brand new.
you need to replace your windshield wipers cuz they are cracked--really? cuz i just put them on last year.
you need your radiator flushed--no.
you need your air filter cl--oh nm it's a reusable one.
shut down on every upsale, so magically the tint becomes mirror tint because "if you walk up to it and see your reflection that means it's mirror."

granted, the tint on the windshield is lower than it should be, but 1, why was it installed that way when there is a CLEAR mark on the glass where to stop, and 2, you passed the tint for the last THREE YEARS.
