I love, love, love Trader Joe's. My Dad and I used to live behind the very first ever Trader Joe's, and I really miss it. They make these AMAZING frozen enchiladas... I took Matt to TJ's when we were in California, and the crazy gleam in my eye when we walked in greatly alarmed him.
