Is there a job market for a wandering gypsy?

My feet are itchy! I am living in Japan, preparing to move back to the States, and I just got back from Thailand! How can my feet be itchy? I WANT TO TRAVEL!!!! This is bad: really, really bad. How am I supposed to find a job in the US if I want to travel every stinking month? Oh, this is so not good. Is there a job market for a wandering gypsy? Dang, my feet are itchy. To be honest, my feet have been itchy since I got back from Thailand. They are telling me to pick my next destination and start planning a trip. This is not good. I am currently looking at three different options. All of my trips would probably be done through gecko’s adventure. Brooke (a former ALT) traveled through Thailand with them and loved it.

Adventure 1: SEAsia (or Southeast Asia) This would be the most cost efficient and give me a chance to see more of the region that I am living in. I would probably travel around Singapore, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. Maybe with a stop in Malaysia. Odds are this would be a longer trip, maybe around a month. Of course, if I do this with gecko’s adventures I could just pick a trip and go from there. Who knows.

Adventure 2: India I have decided to try and see some of the ‘new’ seven wonders of the world. I already have Chitzunita (a pyramid in Mexico crossed off). Traveling in India would allow me to see the Taj Mahal. The problem is most of the tours I am looking at don’t have trips that leave in April. (The weather is rather hot.) So this idea will probably be put aside until later.

Adventure 3: Africa (probably South Africa) I love elephants, I love lions, and I love safaris. At least I think I love safaris. I have never been on one and it is sounds like it would be fun. Is there a better way to cure the itchy feet than an African Safari? I think not. Ok, it is expensive and I would have to figure out the best way to get there: via Japan or the USA but it would be fun. I have found a wonderful adventure that would let me see Victoria Falls, two national parks, I could walk with lions, and be back in the USA before my birthday. It sounds like a winner to me!
I have Gecko’s Adventures’ brochures downloaded onto my computer. Well, I have the SEAsia and the Africa one. I still need to download the Middle East and Latin/South America. I also have paper copies of the SEAsia and Africa brochures being snail mailed to my apartment. My feet are so itchy. Is there a job market for a wandering gypsy? I think I would be a good one.
