I had good intentions last night, I really did. I made sure I set my alarm for 6:00am and I even went to bed early. However, when my alarm went off I could not make myself get up out of bed to go for a run. I am not a morning person, I like to sleep, when my bed is nice and warm the only reason I will get out of it is to go to work, and even then I will stay in bed until the last possible minute. Also, I find running to be relaxing, it de-stresses me (not that I have a lot of stress) so I find that running after work is better than running before work.
My running days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Last week I only ran twice so I have to make sure I run my three days this week. However, last night it was raining so I could not run. I had the intention of getting up and running this morning but I am just not that dedicated or disciplined. I am upset with myself but now I will make sure I wake up on Friday for a run.
In other news, first through third period were testing periods so I got my teacher’s seating chart done. Aoyama Sensei (first year English) helped with a couple of the subjects that the teachers taught and Tsukune Sensei (third year English) checked my spelling and gave me the names of the non-teaching staff. The biggest help however was Hiromi M (my new coordinator for interTalk). Last night I stopped at the office, she helped translate the names from Kanji to English and then she helped me translate the subjects from Japanese to English. I was able to read one of the Kanji names and I knew a couple of the subjects but I did need a bunch of help. THANK YOU, HIROMI M.
