Home from Seabrook. Memorable times include:
Two Turkeys
8 pies
Hot buttered rum
2 hours to Tacoma
the ocean devouring my feet
games until 4 am
sing-a-longs with guitar and accordian
one large side of bacon
coffee on the porch
sliding down the stairs in a sleeping bag
birds and enya
hot tub and 3 bottles of wine
the mist
cuddle time with movies
the ride home in which we listened to stayin' alive on repeat. a total of 44 times. and i still don't know the words.
Last night, the lovely Joe Bill came to sing karaoke with the Betas at Hula Hula. I enjoy that man. It was a nice ending to the vacation.
And now i'm at work. the house is a mess again and i need to go grocery shopping. our free cable is gone.
