Yesterday, the snow covered everything. Here in Vernon, it’s the first real snowfall we’ve had yet. Just in time for christmas. As I write this, it is still a stale -2. We’ve been blessed with autumn temperatures.

This was the best part of my summer - waking up quite nearly every morning to a six foot window showcasing this giant tree that lives in front of my house. In the distance, I can see silver star mountain. I'm sure that in a few weeks, i'll be able to see all the redneck skiers. Amazing. I am one lucky guy.
