Admiral, there be whales here
There is a mother and baby humpback whale up here on the Sacramento River... We are organizing a fleet to direct them back down to San Francisco Bay and hopefully out to sea... NOAA is the lead agency, and the USCG has a large part in it... Right now, I'm planning on going out tomorrow with the fleet to document the operation for Public Affairs. As of now I am being asked to make a YouTube video of what I take for release to the media.
