slowing down
My first couple days home I was a whirlwind -- apartment hunting, doing laundry, seeing friends, I even went to a Yankee game. Jet lag was irrelevant, my schedule had been so screwed up the week before that it was no problem. Then I went to Princeton and bummed around there for a day and hung out with my friends and my parents went out of town and now I'm slowing down. I just want to sit on the couch and write emails and maybe watch tv or listen to NPR. I can't bring myself to care that the weather is lovely and I should be out and about and looking at apartments.
