Chillin' in ma Crib!
So, I moved in here on Sunday night. My roomie won't be here until Saturday (thank goodness). She seems really nice and generally cool, but I love being alone.
I am gonna be here for the next ten months! What a record. As soon as I got here (it was close to midnight) I unpacked and set up tent. No more moving for almost a year? Incredible.
Unfortunately the fall semester I am at TCC, but spring will be FSU, hooray! It's the number 6 party school (according to the Princeton Review) in the nation. But if I wanna party, I can do it while attending TCC. It's not like I can't walk to the campus, for one, and for another, it's a mixed dorm. Most of the kids are FSU brats.
Classes! British Literature, Precalculus, Psychology, and American Experience: Institutions and Values. I wanted to take physics, but they dropped it from my schedule. I had been talking to the professor and he said I did not need the lab, but I was dropped from it entirely because the lab is apparently a corequisite (despite what the professor said) and I didn't sign up for it. Then I wanted to do meteorology, but that didn't fit, astronomy was the first science I looked up but that was full already... what a hassle! In the end the only science that woulda worked out was biology, and that sure as hell was not gonna happen. So, history it was!
Overall, I am just overexcited. Yay for being back in school and slacking the way I should be!
