Obligatory Pre-NaNoWriMo Post
It's that time of year again, folks. I'm going to, once again, make a noble attempt at NaNoWriMo in spite of my ridiculous school schedule.
My profile is here (Lady Bedivere, as always). Feel free to add me as a Writing Buddy if you want (I know I've got some of you Buddied already).
As for the novel: This year's endeavor is called The Fourth Fate. I call it a fantasy, though it's more in the vein of Westmark and classic legends (i.e. Robin Hood) than say Neil Gaiman or Lord of the Rings. It has a lot of Epic Travels and Political Intrigue, along with some Dubious Relationships and Moral Dilemmas for good measure. The delightfully ambiguous byline reads "Sometimes the only way to cheat the Fates is to follow the path they've set for you."
I tend to write my novels completely out of order, so I wasn't planning on making a separate journal for it. However, I am considering coming out of the closet with my Pen Name and just telling everyone what it is, in which case I will point those who care (and don't already know) over to my as-yet unused author journal. if anyone really really wants to read my fragmented crap, let me know and I'll consider posting some when I reach a point where it's coherent.
