So Hard To See

Yesterday I went to check out my eyes because I had this feeling that my eyesight has become worse over the past years. It had been five years since the last time I got new contacts, and I seem to drop around -0,25 every year or so, it is just not stabilising at all which makes an operation impossible.

Both my eyes needed stronger contacts, so now I am down to -7,5 on my left eye and -10 (!) on my right eye. Got some eye drops for eye redness that is most likely caused by me not blinking enough or right, and in a few days I can probably pick up my new contacts which will be awesome. Right now my sight is so bad I am borderline not being able to drive a car. Oh well. At least the contacts still correct my sight well enough to give me "normal" eyesight when I'm wearing them.

I need to buy a ticket to Los Angeles today. But first, work. This weekend will indeed be tough, on Tuesday I am filling up two full format pages rather than one. Today we are promoting this by handing out some wristbands to players in a huge football tournament, so I will be off in a few minutes to go there and cover the tournament and help handing out stuff. Hopefully this will all be successful.
