I've been doing well with my exercising lately. Now when I run, my legs get tired before I get winded, which is a good change from the opposite. I am able to push for more where before I had to stop. I just increased my run times, too ( Read more... )

I've gotten to the point in my life when I either exercise or hurt from a myriad aches and pains. I cannot get away with being sedentary any longer; my body goes into revolt. Which is both sucky and good.
