"There" being the end of September.  Once again, time seems to fly by and it's hard to believe that we're already half-way through the month.  Today was a rather uneventful day at work (the best kind), but it was getting to work that was more of an adventure.

    Well, as to be expected, the final bill for fixing the Explorer's brakes was a bit higher than originally estimated.  To be fair, the shop kept their promise as to the orginal quote for the brake shoes/pads and labour, but it was the extra parts that boosted the price to just over $1000.00 !!

OUCH!!!
