Cooking for the Elks meeting tonight, and hoping it turns out well. The local co-op had a special on Pork side-ribs, so I got a bunch of those and am slow-cooking them. They'll be going into some Guiness-based sauce, and served with baked potatoes and Kaiser rolls. MMMmmmm.... :)
