In Calgary Again

     trixstir and I are back in Calgary for a few days.  We're here to get her hearing-aides serviced, and to pick up stuff that we can't get in Shaunavon; A trip to Costco and Princess Auto is always on the agenda when we come here!

I had hoped to leave Shaunavon by Noon at the latest, but as usual, that's not how it worked out.  The plan had been to

There's a guy in a hopped-up pickup that's passed me on the double yellow in the mountains twice now. He doesn't even wait for a turnout, which I'd take and let them pass, even if I'm going maximum. It's a big pet-peeve of mine drivers who don't yield.

On the plus side, it is a convenient and effective method by which impatient jerks remove themselves from the gene pool...

The only problem is that all too often, they take out some innocent bystanders with them. I don't mind if they wrap themselves around a telephone-pole or somesuch, just so long as they only hurt themselves and not others. :/
