There was supposed to be a clinician lady at a local stable (which he often goes to), which Scott was going to bring one of their horses Ben (TB) to and have one of his students ride. I am home all alone, everybody went to fair today.
well I do have the dogs and Suzie. (and cat)
Marlana is going to be in the Super Sweeps,
she also received Grand Champion Showmanship
I don't know if you knew Britney Kibbey, she was reserve
in showmansip and will be in jr super sweeps. She also started
showing Suzi this spring.
Both sweeps exhibitors from dogs are from North Kent Canines.
Marilyn worked her club hard this year and had Nathlie and Renee running small groups. I am going to go watch sweeps Saturday I hope
I have a new job at horse shows since my knees hurt like hell.
I have been announcing some open shows. Very interesting and fast paced, (except for showmanship, think paint drying) I enjoy working with the judges and ring staff. I have learned a lot from judges and like working with judges who like using hand signals for the gaits.
Marilyn is still looking for a horse, and we have looked at a lot. Will probably start looking again after fair. We thought we found one, but she had a creaking knee, was Marilyn bummed. She was gorgeous, big, and did absolutlely everything. She was at a nice farm by Marshall Mi.
This was one of most friendly horse farms I have been to. Marilyn ended up with a hour lesson from a very competent instructor. We would have purchased her right away except Marilyn was leery of the knee. Nice horse.

Yup, I know Brittney. That's awesome that both sweeps are from North Kent Canines! I really wish I could come and go to fair again, I miss it :(
That's cool that you have been anouncing at some of the shows, hopefully you are pronouncing everyone's names right!!!
Do you know the horses' name that Auntie M almost bought so I can look at it online (assuming it is online)?
