I remember, in high school, when I used to lurk on various online forums and argue with people about all sorts of shit. Especially when God or "Goth kids" were in question. I would get so angry, yet, that was an outlet for me.
I usually avoid doing this, but now, when I scroll down to the comments section after reading an article, I just cringe. People get so angry so fast. So quick to judge. 3 comments into something and someone is going off at someone else for merely having an opinion. Why do people care so much??? Is it really so important to that person in Massachusetts to harshly insult and put down that other person in Iowa, who they don't even know and will never meet, just to get their point across?
I mean, GAWD DAMN! Ain't nobody got time for that. Or maybe they do.... some people haven't been in school for 8 years.
I commend those people who are able to go on there and debate something respectfully, without judging or calling everyone dirty names. At this time, I would rather refrain from participating in the comment section. Good grief.
