Riding through the snow
I just thought I'd share a handful of photos from the recent snow we had (which is currently melting at a rapid rate). I always have fun taking the horses out to ride in the fresh snow, and they seem to enjoy themselves, too.
This is a three year old gelding, "Fursty". Who says dressage horses can't have fun?
This is a three year old filly, Weezer. She's a ton of fun, and just my size.
Our little stallion, Marky, has been on winter break for November and December, but have a couple photos of him from last winter, right after I started him under saddle. Hopefully we will get some good snow in January and February and I'll get some new photos!
As long as I'm sharing, here are two more from last winter, both horses who have since been sold.
