Leasing to a Stable?

Hi all, it's been a while! I've had my little boy, Beluga, leased out to a woman and her daughter for the last year, and it's been great. He's been getting regular exercize and the attention and love that only a little girl could give him. However the girl is getting too big for him, and she only really rides him every once in a while, to mess around. She has her own large horse (a thoroughbred at that!) that she rides for her lessons and on trails.

So that being said, the ranch that I ride at, just started a few different riding clubs, one of them being a pony club. They only have one real pony, and he's a big bigger than Beluga and only suitable for lead line pony rides, he's not actaully broke or trained at all. I talked to them about maybe leasing Beluga to them to use for lessons and trail rides for kids in the club in exchange for board and basic care, just like the arrangement I have with the woman that has him now.

They are super interested. I have told the woman that has him now that I'll probably want him back sometime in January, and I need her to get her vet out to renew his coggins anyway before I move him.

My questions are, has anyone here ever leased their horse to a barn to use in lessons? Is there any difference in that vs a regular personal lease? Different paperwork? If you have personal experiences with such a thing I would love to hear about them!

And so this isn't just a boring text post, here are some bath time pics of Mr. B.
