Bareback Pad

Do any of you have a favorite type of bareback pad?

I have one like this... http://www.adamshorsesupply.com/browse.cfm/4,2127.html

I got it for really cheap on ebay. It's OK, but I don't like the way it fits my leased gelding. When I use it, it seems I have to have it too far back in order for it to fit his withers, and then I feel a bit awkward in it. It's just too big. I have tried riding him without a bareback pad, but his bony withers/spine + my bony behind = unpleasant for both of us.

I thought maybe something more this style would be better: http://www.adamshorsesupply.com/browse.cfm/4,1893.html but it's much more expensive (when I say I got mine for really cheap, I mean $10! lol) Has anyone used it? I've heard good things about Cashel in general. I might not buy that exact model, but something more like that which has the girth set a bit farther back/doesn't go right over the withers. I do not want one with stirrups or a ton of fancy extras.

Thanks in advance!
