Pricing a horse for sale
Hello all,
I'm hoping that people here can help me to price a horse that I'm attempting to sell for a friend who is moving. The horse in question is an 11 year old gelding. He is 15.1, and a brown and white paint (very bold spots - he's flashy looking). He is currently getting back into work, but has shown 2'8" jumpers with older children. He also has some dressage training (through 1st level), loads, clips, ties, trailers, stands nicely for tacking and grooming, goes barefoot, easy keeper, no health issues, sound. He moves off the leg nicely, is forward, listens pretty well. He does spook occasionally, and will test a beginner. I think he'd be fine with an advanced beginner, and could be a show or school horse. He was a school horse for quite some time before my friend bought him a few month ago, and did well with it.
The horse in question is located in Vermont. I wish I had some good pictures of him, but here are a couple (terrible) ones.
