Fly sheet with neck protection?
Last year, one of my mares rubbed a huge chunk of her mane bald on the paddock fencing. She was trying to graze outside of the fence, because of course we never feed her. *eyeroll* I was looking at the new Smartpak catalog this weekend, and considering some of the fly sheets that have neck protection. Does anyone have recommendations on what type of material would hold up and help protect her mane? It's finally grown back out, neatly pulled, and looking normal again, so I'd like to keep it that way for the show season if at all possible. Also, she's a black and white pinto, so I think the UV protection would be good too. Thanks!
