I didn't even know there were dog tags, that's how out of the "anything but toys" loop I am for collecting.

Huh. I haven't heard a thing about series 3 of the cards, they're pushing the collector card game now quite heavily so it might be awhile before we see a series 3 of the regular cards.

I would obviously have no idea where you'd find the dog tag of The Grey Lady. I'll keep an eye out if you don't find them, I don't live in quite such a brony infested area, so I might find something in my travels.

I haven't seen the deluxe tags at Walmart, three Targets, and two TRUs out here in Southern California. Hopefully they'll make their way out here! I'll keep an eye out for Bubblebutt for ya.

Dog tags?? Whaaat?! I want! Are there any pictures of them anywhere? And are they just located in the toy section with the rest of the MLP toys, or are they elsewhere?

They're in the trading card section of Walmart and TRU or with the ponies.
