Its official. I am sick w/ strep.
Went to the doc's today, where they confirmed my suspisions, then proceeded to wave their proverbial finger at me for not getting a regular physical this past summer. Oops. When I went to schedule it though, my PCP's availability was limited to dates into March of 06. Right.
So, looks as though I will be docking another sick day tomorrow as well, since I have to be on the meds 24 hours before its not contagious. My mom comes home tomorrow though, so the house will fill with the aroma of Lysol by 0800 tomorrow morn.
For tonight? Other than coating the house in a thin layer of antibacterial spray, just sittin around and watching the Sox. Right now, I am going to make myself a turkey burger. Yes, I said turkey burger.
PS - Patrice, I was tempted to buy some corn dogs yesterday, but refrained. Discontent?
