Hopefully by 4:30pm (Michigan time) Stephy and I will be at the airport to check in ~ then, after two stops (Toronto and a country in Europe), we will arrive in London early afternoon tomorrow ~ their time. A 13+-hour trip altogether.

Except that this feels like the end of something, somehow. (?)

The Department of State is raising fees for the U.S. Passport Book, U.S. Passport Card and other passport services on July 13. Adult passports go from $100 to $135.

Like, we are gonna have to run, not walk, to get ours THIS WEEK.
I also have to research the incredibly high fees on baggage ~ they are even soaking you for carry-ons now.
