Thank god for the long weekend, it wasn't really necessary I have the extra day but it was certainly a nice treat. Again I think about god everyday so I'm not sure I needed to especially think about him on friday or today. Speaking of which though:

PS - the "fucking colour" remark I believe was directed at amber as I was wearing all black and that's technically not a colour, then again it could very well have been directed at me cause I'm sure when you're a dirty spitting schizo freak I doubt you think of all the technicalities.
So I went and bought the Alesis Photon X25, which essentially means I'm going to give this hack musician thing another try. There's a 30 day money back guarantee in case I totally mis calculated finances, and the unit itself is pretty well built aside from the keys which will get the job done for a hack like me but aren't steller at all. Everything else about the unit is pretty hawt. All knobs and buttons feel good, menus are easy to navigate, and and the XYZ dome is pretty sensitive and easy to use. We'll see if I can get anywhere in 30 days. Anyone know of any good tutorials on keys or the basics of putting together a song? I'm just trying to do covers atm and they're easier than I expected but in some ways almost impossible once things like chords get involved.
