DW fannishness! (with a little Heroes)
FIRST! I have had "Voodoo Child" (here come the drums, here come the drums) in my head all week. Dammit.
SECOND! Huntsman by lizbee is Ten/Martha/TARDIS (PG-13, no major S3 spoilers), and it's plotty and well-characterized, and DW history plays a role, and Martha is an HP fan, and it's just perfect. I could see this actually happening.
THIRD! This pair of Saxon/Lucy fics by commodoresexual is utterly delightful. Here Come the Drums and Devil Inside, both PG-13.
FOURTH! I still haven't seen "Blink" in full - am waiting for the b/f to come to town, so I can cling to him during the scary bits - but the photograph for this article still made me shiver.
FINALLY! It's not DW, but I can't resist reccing What You Wish For, by cerebel, rated R. Matt is one of my least favorite Heroes characters, and Sylar/Mohinder is one of my least favorite ships . . . so if you told me that I'd love a S/M fic narrated by Matt this much, I wouldn't have believed you. But it's amazing and believable; it fleshes out their characters well, and it persuasively answers the "Five Years Later" question of "if Matt was a telepath, why didn't he know?"
