lol. I thought that too, when there was that shot of their hands. I may have snorted.

Jack/Sawyer...it's been so long, I will take anything. That felt golden to me. Remember the days when there were mangoes and snark and all that other good J/S stuff? *le sigh*

Miles is just...MIA. Who the heck knows.

Newsies FTW.

Hurley crying did bring it home. I thought that was a good decision and even though I wish Jack hadn't walked away to cry, it really is in line with his character. For all that that man cries, he doesn't do it that often actually in front of people if he can help it.

Kate squished Hurley, didn't she? Ah well. You're right, Sawyer will.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one.

You're right, it was in character for Jack. It just...ruined the moment I wanted? and seemed cold somehow.

Has he ever sobbed right in front of people? I'm trying to recall all the meltdowns he's had in the past and it seems like he's always either wandered away to cry by himself or at least looked away like he didn't want people to see him break down (see the "your daddy loved you" conversation with Sawyer).

I'm sure there will be speculation on why he had to wander halfway into the ocean to cry. Like maybe he had a half-baked instinct to try to rescue the Kwons even though he knew they were beyond saving. Or maybe he was half-debating drowning himself because it's HIS FAULT ALL THESE PEOPLE KEEP DYING WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH.

I'm not sure. I feel like he has, but I can't think of a specific instance, so maybe not.

I suspect he had to wander away because it made for a nicer shot. I should try to be less cynical, perhaps?

Yeah, the "nicer shot" theory makes sense too. ;D

But I can't think of a time when he's cried openly in front of people either. I would say he's done it in front of Kate, but I seem to recall a time she approached him when he was crying and he quickly wiped the tears away before looking at her (it was after Boone died, I think).
