Looks Like It's Cold Season Again
I hate being sick. It started with a bad sore throat on Monday as I was busting my ass to get my presentation together for Tuesday. The presentation went alright, but not great. Apparently I needed to do more about worker's comp in Maryland in general, not just for the park police. So there's a lot of research that I need to do for the giant paper due next week. Not exactly sure how I am going to pull that off.
But I came home after yesterday's presentation and just crashed. I'm trying to sleep this cold off so it can finish quickly. The sore throat part seems to have largely passed and now we are onto stuffiness. Now I am debating whether it is worth the trip to the store to get OJ. I don't want to be really sick for Thanksgiving.
But of course preparing for school today, I got out a bunch of tissues and cough drops. Unfortunately, they are not that useful to me sitting on my bed and not in my bookbag.
