Chunks of 1x07 are repeated in 1x08&1x09. Sherman marches to the sea. His supply train stretched 25 miles. Atlanta was burned. Sherman tore up railroads.
Coffee was brewed over bonfires of confederate dollars. The confederate were much agitated. Wtf is a wagon painter? Wtf is parched corn? The nasty beast Booth and his unintelligent friends plotted with devastating repercussions. Reconstruction is ignored.
Irresolvable issues not dwelt on. Creepy dudes do proclamations. There is sinister non-diegetic music. It is not mentioned that Lincoln authorised the Secret Service on the day he was assassinated. What happened after is sort of dwelt on.
