Review:
There May Be Some Collateral Damage is an incredibly fun fic. Ichigo provides an entertaining outsider perspective on Harry Potter, but also brings his problem-solving skills to an array of unexpected issues.
The fic isn’t as long as I’d like: Most characters other than Ichigo and the Golden Trio only appear briefly, albeit always with interpretations and approaches that are both memorable and in-character. However, Ichigo’s relationships with the trio are great. Because they are younger than him and he is self-confident, he views them with a degree of indulgence and lack of concern for their opinions of his character that stands in stark contrast to their frantic speculation and wariness of him.
For anyone familiar with both franchises, this is definitely worth the time to check out.
