When Will’s little sister Faith shows up with hunky neighbor Xander in tow, Will is annoyed. It takes less than 24 hours for him to go from annoyed to extremely attracted, but there’s nothing he can do. It’s not like he can steal his sister’s boyfriend.
This is one of those Buffy stand-bys that I must have read at least half a dozen times. I’m a sucker for human AUs in the Buffy fandom, and eyezrthewindows is the best of the best at them. At least half of what she writes is human AU, and she’s one of the few authors who’s really capable of keeping everyone in character despite being transplanted into a different world. If you only have an hour or so available, this is the perfect way to while away a boring afternoon.
