When Nicholas humors Danny by going to a Carnival and playing games with him, much fun is had by all...until the game changes.
Despite how ominous that may sound, this story is a lovely mixture of quiet fluff, simple humor, and a dash of the supernatural. Even with it's carnival setting and "spooky" premise, it never veers too far into the absurd and has the kind of characterization that makes you believe that this easily could have happened if the movie would have just kept on going. Nicholas and Danny's relationship is similarly on target, with their faith in each other unshakable in the face of some (supernatural) adversity. I highly recommend this to those of you who enjoyed the film.
